Since my company, which is my professional business venture for 15 years, operates in 2 different production areas, I have mastered the technical and production details as well as marketing and sales in different areas. As the manager of a 4-person team, he reports directly to the CEO. While I am still managing commercial and technical issues, I previously took part in import & export and overseas purchasing processes. In addition to the preparation of all marketing and sales-oriented documentation and storage from scratch, I undertook the technical and organizational issues with the overseas branch of our group.//HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) In the factory that produces chimneys for wall-mounted combi boilers (in addition to Marketing and Sales duties), I control/manage the following house- Chimney configurations and regulations - Production processes and technical details - Pricing/Costing - FMEA prevention and action processes - Product-oriented technical assistance to the purchasing unit //Aluminum Extrusion (Aluminum Profile Production) I dominate/manage aluminum profile producing manufacturing (in addition to Marketing and Sales duties below)- Production processes and technical details - Pricing/Costing - Mold/production technical details In the current situation, more than 45 different eagle managements have contributed to the increase in production volumes as well as the continuous increase in turnover for 15 years.
