About Seth Mason

Entrepreneurship is in my DNA. My mom powers a women owned business still operating today, since 1996. There I learned the seven day a week hustle and grind. You also learn sometimes, life isn’t fair. Entrepreneurship involves risk. I learned that when my dad risked a state job & pension to help grow my moms business. I remember my early days 10-12 years old, running home from school and packaging orders for them. In 2013, When I was 15, I came to my parents with an idea for customized socks, which then turned into Seth’s Socks. Through this venture, I learned top down operations and worked with brands like Frito-Lay, General Mills, Mondelez-Nabisco and more. Since 2013, Seth’s Socks has accumulated over 7 figures in sales while my sock brand is now in over 20 countries. Seth’s Socks 2.0 product set to relaunch later this year after Covid made it unable to get my product manufactured.In 2018, I started my gaming business out of my college house at Penn State Altoona called Altoona Gaming. The business was then in a joint venture from a DC based company before the pandemic unfortunately made retail gaming centers a little bit harder of model to sustain. In 2020, The Esport Company (TEC) launched with a vision to transform cities into the 21st century. Based in Johnstown, PA, TEC has now provided Esport solutions for K-12 Schools, Non-profit Organizations, Colleges & Universities while creating an Ecosystem backed by Education, Technology, and Community Opportunities. In 2023, I’ve started to combine everything I’ve learned and developed to create the ultimate Esports solution. Merchandise? My parents since 1996Curriculum? My sister finishing her doctorate in EDUEsports? I’ve been playing and learning since I can remember All these items create jobs for young workforce while providing them an opportunity to create their own brands and businesses. An Ecosystem is built in Johnstown, now we are excited to announce our expansion for the future!
