Shahriar Ebn Bashar completed his BSc. in Civil Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), Chattogram, Bangladesh, in July 2022. Immediately after that, he worked as a Research Assistant from August '22 to November '22 at a consultancy project under the Bureau of Research, Testing & Consultation (BRTC), CUET & Department of Civil Engineering, CUET. In March 2023, he joined Adroit Environment Consultants Ltd, one of the top 3 environment consultancy service providers in the country, fully engaged with local, national, and international consortiums and ventures. Shahriar's job as the company's Assistant Consultant (Environmental Impact Assessment-EIA) entails aiding the EIA Department with his extensive knowledge and acquired experience. To obtain a specialization in Environmental Engineering, Shahriar started his MSc. in Civil Engineering study at the Islamic University of Technology (IUT), a subsidiary organ of the Organisation of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in August 2023. He will be focusing on microplastics during his post-graduate thesis and research. Also, as a Senior Executive (L&D) starting in January 2023, he has a strong interest in developing and disseminating the mastery of soft skills through the well-known Learning & Development Platform "Soft Skills Development Centre (SSDC)". He was a seasoned club activist with abilities in management, public speaking, leadership, and emotional intelligence. A strong administrative professional who wants to advance his career in the field of civil engineering both domestically and internationally.
