About Shaina Orwan

Having the opportunity to grow as a person and a professional within my current position has been more than I ever imagined.My skillset is communicating, but often in my position, it is so much more important to LISTEN. I love to hear stories that help me craft messages to our wider community. It is one of the greatest joys of my job to really see people and then form connections that build relationships and enhance our overall goals to build a stronger, more connected community.I love to learn and as we dive into the back half of 2023, I find myself researching more ways to reach people - new platforms, new forms of communication, new outreach strategies.what an incredible time to be a professional! I am blessed to work with many people who have a rich work history and guide and mentor me as I continue to navigate personalities, competing priorities and much more! I am and will always be a work in progress - I am highly detailed-oriented, motivated to learn, semi-flexible (I have high expectations) and able to self-reflect, which helps me continue to grow as I gain more experience.
