As a Learning & Development leader, certified coach, and DEI practitioner, I specialize in designing learning ecosystems that are scalable, human-centered, and equity-informed. I’ve created manager training programs for global teams, launched professional development initiatives that reached thousands, and coached leaders to lead with more clarity, confidence, and compassion.
