I've spent over 14 years Executing + Leading full-cycle Recruitment both in-house at Tech and Digital companies, as well as within an RPO framework (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and via independent consulting services for a broad range of industries and clients. I've built departments from scratch within small, scrappy, entrepreneurial teams (my fav) and I've been part of robust & layered HR teams in organizations with of employees (great Best-in-Class experience!). What really excites me is working in high-growth, dynamic environments, that require a thoughtful and strategic approach to solving talent challenges. 🤝 I am passionate about all aspects of People Strategy from Talent Attraction (Recruitment Branding, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Sourcing, Candidate Experience, Internships) to Retention (Onboarding, Total Rewards, DEI, Engagement, Performance Management) to Development (Training, L&D, Leadership Training, Mentorship, Succession Planning). What sets me apart- I have a genuine interest in building lasting connections with every candidate, employee & hiring leader- I believe every challenge is an opportunity, every failure is a lesson, and growth always involves both- I believe every person has the ability to shift the culture for the better and I take great responsibility in doing my part to motivate, inspire & lead positive change. Technical skills: Experienced with many ATS systems including Gem, Jobvite, Taleo, Greenhouse, Monster, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft HCM, iCims, Workday ATS, TRM and Bullhorn. Platforms: LI Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Careerbuilder, and Gem (sequencing). AI Recruiting Tools: Juicebox, Metaview In my free time, you'll find me with my beautiful family in one of my happy places: walking La Jolla Shores, exploring small New England towns, hiking in Sedona, roaming a Costco, or on any Hawaiian island.
