I strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people. My career is built on solutions for challenging issues in vastly different contexts with an underlying goal - to impact people in a positive way. The world is full of change; anticipated evolution and out-of-the-blue curve balls. Working with others to manage change and seek its opportunities instead of the obstacles is a central theme in my work. A seasoned leader with extensive experience in senior management, corporate strategy, policy and operational excellence, communications, project leadership and change management, I am naturally curious about root causes of problems and use expansive thinking with imaginative insight to develop wise and innovative solutions. My experience spans public and private program service delivery and operational management. I am most proud of my success as a coach and mentor to amazing teams with a keen interest in the development of individual potential and enabling people to achieve success in our work together.
