An ambitious and determined project manager with a sunny disposition and international experience across the UK and Canada. I currently lead the delivery of a £100m+ portfolio of station enhancements as part of the Transpennine Route Upgrade, alongside managing the closure and replacement of Copmanthorpe Level Crossing via a new bridge — a politically sensitive, high-stakes scheme requiring strategic navigation of the Transport and Works Act Order (TWAO) process. I bring a wealth of expertise in delivering complex infrastructure projects through effective stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and operational leadership. With a background in both digital railway transformation and major civils, I’ve consistently delivered results in multi-disciplinary environments — from station and signalling works to land acquisition, consents, and political interfacing. Driven by impact, collaboration, and continuous improvement, I’m passionate about building trust across diverse stakeholder groups and leading high-performing teams to deliver challenging programmes under pressure.
