I take my role at SSRS very seriously and work diligently to ensure that all operations run as smoothly as possible, and all quality assurance standards are being met. I have received 6 promotions during my tenure here. Below are some of the job duties and skills that assist me with running a shift. • Creating a weekly schedule for employees and assigning tasks • Opening and closing shifts daily • Monitoring job productivity and ensuring that rate is being met and maintained • Supervising employee behavior and executing disciplinary action for non-compliant employees. • Performing probationary and annual review assessments for both quality assurance staff and interviewers. • Seeing that production is being met for all projects across the board • Managing and manipulating sample • Troubleshooting various issues with Forsta and Microsoft applications • Monitoring and composing emails to interviewers, supervisors, project staff, and clientele • Conducting group briefings and trainings for interviewers, quality assurance staff, and supervisors. • Providing quality assurance monitoring sessions with interviewers to assess that quality standards are being fulfilled. • Maintaining a high morale and work ethic for employees • Creating and managing inbound project logs using Microsoft Excell spreadsheets • Data Entry • Creating training manuals for interviewers and supervisors
