A Chartered Psychologist and experienced Coach who as a Director of AYP Consulting provides organisational change, leadership development and behavioural assessment services to a variety of clients in both the public, private and charity sectors. Previously held several senior posts within the Metropolitan Police Service including Principal Internal Consultant, Head of Organisational Development (Territorial Policing), Head of Business Change and Head of Career Transition Services. A constant thread throughout all roles is a focus on the role of people in performance, particularly during periods of organisational change. Key skill areas include coaching (both leadership development coaching and career coaching), change leadership, behavioural assessment, talent development, stakeholder management, project delivery, facilitation and behavioural change.
