She has experience in operations and finance, but the majority of her career has been in sales & sales development. She has spent the last 10 years turning sales organizations, starting with rebuilding the Pacific NW Region of a major logistics provider and leading it through the largest transportation 'shut down' in the world. Afterward she spent ~2 years in Europe working with Central & Eastern EU and Nordic / Baltic countries at the organizational level to optimize sales performance—often requiring fundamental structure changes and working closely with Country Managers, Heads of Sales, and front line Sales Managers. When she returned to the US, she developed and implemented a Sales Development organization to support a country-wide sales expansion, resulting in dramatic productivity and revenue growth improvements. Shawn is a certified facilitator, delivering corporate leadership development and sales curriculums and author of a number of leadership development and training workshops. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: Shawn has worked extensively with executive and mid-level sales leadership in the United States and Europe on leadership and a management / coaching framework designed to build and drive high performing teams. She’s created leadership development curriculums aimed at preparing ‘future leaders’ and strengthening organizational succession pools.
