Improving cost effectiveness and efficencies by utilizing state of the art manpower software, utilizing fullt time, part time and third party staffing. Introducing prospective clients to the superior quality the call center provides as well as maintaining strong relationships with exisiting client base. I bring to this position a 16 year history in call centers from 2 large international corporations. Specifically in the travel industry and service industry. Past experiences include managing a unionized and non union workforce. I have experience in collective bargaining negotiations, growing and downsizing existing call centers as well as creating and growing a new call center. I have succesfully led call centers through stressful times such as bankruptcy protections and acquisitions.
