About Shea Oconnor

Hi, I’m Shea!I’m passionate about empowering Christian organizations to thrive through visionary leadership and innovative solutions. Over the past 1.5 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping non-profits and churches streamline their operations, equip leaders, and create programs that make a lasting impact. One of my proudest accomplishments was pitching and building a website that automated 10-15 hours of weekly administrative work for a global discipleship ministry—allowing the team to focus more on what matters most: ministry. I’ve also developed a pre-summer leadership training program for mission trip staff, helping them grow in their skills and confidence before heading out to serve.Currently, I serve as an Area Director, where I lead mission site operations, build partnerships, and oversee teams to ensure mission trips are both meaningful and seamless. Beyond that, I’ve had the honor of leading discipleship initiatives internationally, facilitating seminars in Pakistan and the UAE, and working with multicultural teams. My background in architecture (B.S. from the University of Michigan) equips me with a unique perspective on design and problem-solving. I thrive on pitching new ideas, creating systems that work, and helping teams reach their full potential. I believe solutions come to life through action, not endless planning, and I love encouraging others to think big and move boldly.I’m always open to connecting with others who share a passion for ministry, leadership development, and advancing God’s kingdom. Let’s connect and see how we can collaborate!
