About Shelli Randall

Shelli attended secondary school and sixth form in Bournemouth, before completing a BA Hons degree in Accounting at Bournemouth University. Following the birth of her first child, Shelli started work for Bournemouth Council within the Internal Audit department and progressed to Senior Auditor over an eight year period, gaining a qualification in Public Audit and representing the Borough in the Young Local Authority of the Year competition. During 2 further years employed as an auditor for the Borough of Poole, Shelli worked with many LA schools, and was lucky enough to be offered a Senior Finance and Business Consultant role with School Business Services Ltd, where she is currently still employed. Shelli works across the South of England with LA maintained schools, academy trusts and free schools providing expert advice on Business and Finance in the Education Sector. Now a Mum of three, and a likely sixteen years until her youngest child leaves education, Shelli is committed to supporting schools to ensure that the limited funding available is used in the very best way to provide excellent opportunities and outcomes for children. While a firm advocate for academic achievement, Shelli is passionate about the provision of diverse opportunities for learning and development, from Enterprise schemes to Outdoor Education and she volunteers within the Scout Association and is a qualified Expedition Supervisor for the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.
