Background

About Shera M.

As an self-employed CRM professional worked with software from MS Dynamics to CiviCRM. Initially active as project and account manager, I've been working the last six years on CRM implementations and migrations. My principals and colleagues appreciate me as a dedicated CRM professional. Mainly engaged in setting up the system, a consistent database and CRM structure. CRM development and implementation, application maintenance, training and support (global) end users, test and release management, writing (English) manuals for users. Coordinating the activities and transfer of knowledge to the staff characterize my approach, which reduces the burden for clients and its own employees of setting up the CRM environment from scratch. Setting up a proper CRM-management process often appears underexposed in the CRM implementation phase. As a team player it is natural to me to communicate at all necessary levels within the organisation. Working in a dedicated team, together with the project leader, marketers and other business users, is a prerequisite making the implementation to a success. As a committed, driven and proactive personality I get achievements by combining a friendly attitude with no-nonsense approach, which resulted in several successful projects and satisfied clients.
