I have 21 years business analysis and project management experience for technology solutions and systems implementations, including working in an Agile development framework for rollout of digital enhancements (all channels; Web and Apps). During my career, I acquired an advanced understanding of business process improvement and change management best practices by working on system solutions across diverse industries in both public and private sectors. I have collaborated and consulted with internal stakeholders and external vendors across functional/organizational teams (including UX/UI designers, developers, and QA specialists) to maintain productive working relationships and to achieve high-quality deliverables within the expected timelines. My strengths include exceptional documentation skills with attention to detail. I have conducted requirements gathering sessions, captured current and future states to perform solution gap analysis, and effectively translated business requirements into detailed solution design documents, including RFPs, business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flow diagrams, use cases, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria to name a few. I am a team player with strong interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, including coaching/mentoring and training of team members. My experience includes effectively working in a remote environment across functional teams within a global framework.
