About Sheryl Eldene

Sheryl Eldene is a certified traumatologist and licensed professional counselor with more than 30 years of experience in traumatology, psychotherapy and coaching. Inspired by her special connection to trauma survivors and her personal experience with a cancer diagnosis, Sheryl has focused her practice and educational outreach efforts on trauma support and recovery. Since 1994 On Purpose Living Center has offered a safe, secure and healing place for adults to gain support and guidance on their journey to trauma recovery. It provides expert trauma counseling services, go-to resources, treatments and strategies to help trauma survivors take back their power, heal and move forward with hope and purpose. Sheryl is a dynamic speaker helping companies increase the resilience of their employees, and thereby reduce turn-over and protect the professionalism of those who work with emotionally charged customers, like first responders, customer service personnel, and other difficult environments.
