With over 09 years of impactful experience in the development sector, I have been privileged to contribute to transformative projects across health, nutrition, agriculture, and livelihoods. Currently serving as an Associate Systems Strengthening Officer with World Vision Bangladesh under the Nobo Jatra Project II, my journey has been fueled by a commitment to empowering vulnerable communities, enhancing resilience, and fostering sustainable growth. My work is underpinned by strong collaborations with global organizations like CARE Bangladesh and SHED Foundation, delivering measurable outcomes in challenging environments.A hallmark of my career has been driving economic inclusion through innovative programs. I have successfully trained thousands of farmers in climate-smart agriculture and facilitated the establishment of Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs), empowering over 1,200 women with financial independence. Through targeted interventions like rainwater harvesting systems, reverse osmosis plants, and alternative income-generating activities, I have supported countless families in achieving economic stability and improving their quality of life.In the realm of health and nutrition, I have played a pivotal role in reducing maternal and child mortality rates. Leading initiatives like Growth Monitoring and Promotion (GMP) programs, facilitating micronutrient distribution, and conducting capacity-building training for healthcare workers, I have contributed to healthier and more resilient communities. As a Master Trainer, I have trained hundreds of multipurpose health volunteers, equipping them to deliver impactful services at the grassroots level.My expertise in program management and stakeholder collaboration ensures the seamless implementation of multi-faceted projects. From liaising with government bodies to empowering local leaders, I have fostered strong partnerships to drive sustainable change. My experience extends to disaster preparedness, where I have supported communities in cyclone-prone areas with comprehensive risk assessments, readiness programs, and infrastructure monitoring, ensuring their safety and resilience.Driven by a vision to create a more equitable and sustainable world, I am open to opportunities that allow me to leverage my expertise in program management, health, nutrition, agriculture, and economic inclusion.
