Hello I'm Shiv, a dynamic and goal-driven young man with a strong work ethic and passion for sales and marketing. I'm currently serving as a Territory Sales Executive at Sun Pharma Laboratories Ltd in Milmet (Ophthalmic) Division since February 2015, where I've excelled in his role by generating prescription through scientific communication with doctors, maintaining and sustaining relationships with doctors, retailers, and stockists, and working on brand building promotions. I've has also been instrumental in initiating market development efforts, analyzing latest marketing trends, and tracking competitors’ activities, providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales and marketing strategies.I've consistently achieved outstanding performance, having been recognized as a Star Performer in 2016-17,2021-22, 2022-23 and has successfully launched six brands (Milflodex, Synca, Cafta, Raiki, Kidtro & Oceva) ranked in top five brand movers. In addition, I was appointed as Induction Trainer for new Joiners in 2022, a testament to his leadership skills and ability to impart knowledge to others.In March-24 I'm Promoted as First Line ManagerPrior to joining Sun Pharma, I gained valuable experience as a Field Officer at Galpha Laboratories Limited in Lucknow, where i generated prescription through scientific communication with doctors, maintained and sustained relationships with doctors, retailers, and stockists, and worked on brand building promotions. my hard work and dedication earned him an award for Excellent Detailing in U.P. Team of Galpha Laboratories Limited during the cycle meeting, and the brand Champion award for B-Colen Syrup in 2014.I holds a Graduation B.Sc.(ZBC) degree from CSJM University Kanpur in 2012, and Senior Secondary and Secondary qualifications from U.P. Board Allahabad in 2008 and 2006, respectively. In addition, I've completed a Diploma in Hospitality & Travel Management from Jet Fly Aviation Academy Pvt Ltd.
