I have a strong background in Information Technology and customer service, with a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Lovely Professional University. My most recent work experience was as a Corporate Support at Websurfer, an internet service provider, where I contributed to the quality and efficiency of the company's operations, handling customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance. I leveraged my skills in CSS and C++ to enhance the user interface and functionality of the company's website and applications. I also collaborated with the development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement and innovation. Before that, I worked as a Technical Support Associate at Classic Tech, where I supported a large and diverse customer base, resolving technical problems, escalating complex cases, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities in the IT industry, and I am eager to apply my technical and project management skills to create value and impact for my future employers and clients. I am also passionate about learning new technologies and tools, and I have expertise in HTML5, which I use to create dynamic and responsive web pages.
