I have 19+ years of overall IT experience in managing teams on the technical and execution front. Extensively worked on Digital Transformation projects. Played Service Delivery Manager/Lead, Account Manager, and Agile Program Manager roles for major banking/Finance, healthcare, retail, and telecom institutions in the USA. Managed Enterprise Mobile development, e-commerce Responsive web application development, Maintenance, Production support, and testing projects. Partnered with cross-functional teammates to drive workgroup alignment meetings to address tactical release issues, dependencies, team status, production issues, metrics review, milestones, etc.(cross-functional - Product Owners, Scrum Masters, TechOps, Release Eng, Functional/Business Managers, Release Management, End Customer).
