I enjoy building solid professional relationships across all company levels – from direct field sales to C-level decision makers. Relationships matter! As a Business Development Manager at TTEC, I leverage my 25+ years of experience to understand client needs to improve on their customer experience initiatives that impact the entire customer lifecycle. I help organizations across the globe to link together sales, operations and digital/mobile technologies to provide a seamless experience for their customers in both B2B and B2C environments. In addition to my role at TTEC, I am also the founder of NLS Consulting, a consultative service specializing in best practices within the changing landscape of the investment world. I help clients understand the various risks and opportunities in the market, as well as provide wealth management, estate planning, and business succession plans. I am a Certified Financial Planner® and a Certified Trust & Financial Advisor™, and I have presented on the growing ESG tendencies within the global markets over the last decade. I am passionate about building mutually beneficial relationships that translate to profitable growth for both the client and the company.
