Born in Rio de Janeiro and educated in Milan and London, Silvia is fluent in Portuguese, Italian, English, Spanish, and French. Her career began with The Business Profile, a groundbreaking documentary series broadcast on CNBC Europe, BBC America, the History Channel, and Financial Times TV. This work took her to more than 70 countries, where she interviewed CEOs, politicians, and entrepreneurs to uncover the sparks behind some of the world’s most successful companies and family enterprises. With over 20 years of filmmaking experience, Silvia has mastered every aspect of her craft, producing, directing, and editing, guided by her belief in creating “art with the truth.” Her vision extends beyond the camera. At R360, Silvia also leads global partnerships, developing initiatives across health, aviation, philanthropy, and education. She designs programs that provide members with transformative opportunities while strengthening the long-term value of their membership. An entrepreneur at heart, she has also launched two multinational ventures in Brazil, experiences that sharpened her ability to merge creative vision with commercial execution. Silvia divides her time between Rio de Janeiro and London, where she is joined by her three children, Sophie, Jack and Lara.
