I'm the curious type, I enjoy finding out and learning new things. I find that understanding a system, a mechanism, an event, or whatever it may be, in detail is really rewarding. What may have seemed complex or difficult to understand is suddenly very approachable and that transition is what I seek and enjoy. My fascination with software and electronics does not stop when I leave work. I sometimes find myself learning things from my work that I then want to better understand or I have ideas that I don't have use for at my job. I often end up playing around with my ideas at home, often in the form of small projects on microcontrollers. I find it really rewarding as there are greater demands put on you as a developer when you're doing everything in a project yourself. You suddenly have to solve problems that you may never face at your job. My curiosity also brings me outdoors. I'm a great fan of nature and find a long walk in a great forest while listening to an interesting podcast is a great way to relax! When the local nature isn't enough I'll head to the garage and go out on the motorcycle and enjoy the views of nature from the road.
