I help shine a light on the relational dynamics of your learning and organizational change initiatives. I do this by facilitating the discovery and sustainable possibilities of- perspectives in context - interactions - the digital, physical and structural environment If you’ve been in the L&D or consulting industry for even a short time you’ll have likely encountered the limitations of approaches that address only individuals, and address them out of their work and relational context, even if it is easier to do and to measure. Hybrid work? Skill development? Diversity, equity and inclusion? Revenue and profit? Innovation? Employee or stakeholder engagement? There’s not a business need or goal that can afford to: 1) ignore diverse perspectives, 2) ignore the dynamic of interactions between individuals, within and between groups, and across networks, and, 3) ignore the environments that hide, reveal, enable or disable these perspectives and interactions. I’m eager to discover with you how well your organization is currently disposed to change, and help shape its relational dynamic to make change and improvement more likely.
