I'm an SVP/CxO level leader, driven by an innate need to improve on customer value proposition through Innovation, People and Processes. My measure of success is to consistently outpace ourselves on value delivered to our customers. I think outside-in. I'm driven by purpose and opportunities to excel. My most important traits are integrity, accountability, adaptability and resilience. To me, a good day at the office is experiencing that we've improved our ability to deliver products and services. Whether it be through better measurements of customer value, increased reliability of team productivity, more trust within and between teams or signs that managers and teams are becoming more engaged. The tools and techniques include lean, flow, architectural patterns and NLP. Areas of expertise include banking, technology, IT services. Inspiration is derived from people and literature. I aspire to be present, humble, dependable and ambitious.
