About Simon Kazay

I’m a Senior Human Resources Business Partner with more than seven years of progressive HR experience supporting multi state teams. I focus on employee relations, compliance, investigations, leadership coaching, and improving day to day HR processes so work actually runs smoother for everyone involved.I’m direct, reliable, and not afraid to step into tough situations. I like helping managers build stronger teams, making policies clearer and easier to follow, and creating people systems that scale as organizations grow.I’m always looking for opportunities where I can take on more responsibility, help shape a strong culture, and bring practical HR support that actually makes a difference. If you’re building something and need someone who can handle the people side with clarity and consistency, I’m always open to talking.
