R&T/R&D Project Manager at Airbus Defence and Space to develop new technology for Future Space Systems. department is a multidisciplinary engineering unit that works on many of the most ambitious technical challenges and future space programs at Airbus. Advanced Projects unit undertakes projects on a wide range of scientific and engineering areas to enable future programs like Moon Exploration, On-Orbit Services or Telecom Constellations.From bid proposals to representative test campaign operations, the activities gathered meet high technical skills with project management accountability. The led challenges target new technology developments for space systems in achieving maturity gates until being implemented into programs in an end-to-end product development philosophy with a customer-focused mindset. European and French space agencies R&T calls for tenders overseeing completed with projects management and detailed design & analysis functions to manage space innovations from concepts to proven technologies. Value engineering is at the core of the led developments by merging business perspectives with technical expertise in multidisciplinary fields. Accountable for technology development on-cost, on time, on-quality.As a constant learner and innovation seeker, I foster team communication in a open minded and agile way of working to enhance creativity while being customer oriented. Graduated from Arts et Métiers (ENSAM) with a complementary cursus at Politecnico di Milano in Management and Space Engineering. Rewarded with the Arts Métiers gold medal for academic excellence at national level.
