I am a customer experience professional with over 16 years of experience in the contact center industry, with the majority of my experience at GGF Group. I have a proven track record of success in driving major transformation projects, leading teams of operators, and developing and implementing strategies and projects that leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness. In my previous role as a Customer Agent at GGF Group, I was responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat. I was also responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. I was promoted to a Project Management role after demonstrating my ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as my strong analytical and planning skills. In this role, I was responsible for managing and delivering a number of successful projects, including the implementation of a new customer relationship management system and the development of a new customer training program. I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic, committed, and loyal individual with a strong work ethic. I am also a skilled conceptual thinker with proven analytical and planning abilities. I am confident that I can make a significant contribution to GGF Group.
