With over six years of experience as a Personal Assistant at Westminster City Council, I provide executive support to the Director of Housing, who oversees the delivery of housing services and strategies for over households in the city. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, event planning, and customer service, and I use these skills to manage the Director's diary, correspondence, and travel arrangements, as well as to assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and agendas. I also contribute to the coordination and delivery of various housing projects and initiatives, such as the Homelessness Reduction Act, the Housing Revenue Account, and the Affordable Housing Programme. I work with internal and external stakeholders, such as councillors, residents, contractors, and partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. I am passionate about improving the quality and accessibility of housing for all, and I am committed to supporting the Director and the Housing team in achieving their goals.
