My early years as a Medical Technologist has set me up with a strong process driven base and a finely attuned attention to detail perspective. These skills came to the fore and have served me well when I switched my career into an administrative role. I have very strong work ethics and work at a high level of integrity. I am known for my ability to manage tasks, streamline processes thereby enabling a collaborative and cohesive high performing team. I actively engage with stakeholders with the aim of successfully completing all projects, big or small, in a timely fashion. I play an active role in supporting my line manager, providing advice, engaging in appropriate discussions resulting in timely, successful completions. I also have the foresight to draw attention to and work through to resolve any hurdles that might arise. I am respected and valued not just my line manager and members of my team but other stakeholders too. I am also a problem solver and a troubleshooter with a successful completion rate to put it simply.
