Buying & merchandising lead, with 4 years of experience in category management in food & grocery retail industry. In my current role as a category manager for hair care products, I analyze shopper trends and other macro- environment data to anticipate customer needs and enhance their experience in retail stores and on online platform. As a business owner, I build relevant assortment, manage inventory, pricing and design planograms that match the shopper decision tree. I also engage with over 40 national and regional sellers and brands like P&G, HUL, Marico & L'Oreal, to collaborate on ideas and strategies for category growth and create success stories. I joined Aditya Birla Retail Limited as a management trainee and managed store operations and projects for a year. Following that, I have handled snacks and imported foods as a category.
