About Sofia Camorani

As a Research Assistant at the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at IESE Business School, I contribute to applied research in the fields of corporate innovation, technology transfer, and scaleups, and support the Center in public-funded projects. Tasks include conducting literature reviews, performing data analysis, preparing reports, summaries, and presentations, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Having lived in seven European countries, I bring a background in EU and international law, along with professional experience in the private, public, and academic sectors, including a traineeship at the European Commission. Among other things, I have researched and monitored policy and stakeholders to inform advocacy strategies, supported in applied research by contributing to project deliverables and documentation, analyzed and synthesized policy issues through reports and briefing documents. Additionally, my involvement in various international and volunteer experiences has allowed me to develop strong intercultural communication skills, and a wide range of soft skills, including problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership.
