I felt a curiosity in so many areas of knowledge, and the macro-matter that seemed to collect them all was philosophy. Passion for People management I love engaging with people and taking a deep dive into their lives to really understand who I am dealing with, sometimes even in chance encounters. One thing that so many of these lives have in common is the discontent they feel at work. What I have always naively thought of as a happy fulfillment of efforts, skills and knowledge is, instead, in many cases, a harsh necessity that does not guarantee adequate conditions, salaries and a good management. Hence my curiosity turned into interest and finally passion for consultancy in the fild of people management. Conclusion I have always tried to choose meaningful people and activities in my daily life by nurturing an increasingly conscious path of self-understanding aimed at my human and professional fulfillment.
