I design and facilitate collaborative processes, trainings and events that invite deeper trust, connection, and creative capacity for individuals and teams working remotely or in-person. With 15+ years working across cultural programming, communication, facilitation, and human development. I bring genuine curiosity and presence to people, organisations and communities, helping them strengthen their collective ability to connect and collaborate across cultures, generations, disciplines, and time zones. At the core of my work is cultivating people’s capacity to identify their needs using effective dialogue techniques that can open space for shared understanding and leadership. My approach integrates nonviolent communication, collaborative decision-making, governance facilitation, and intentional process design to support the full people journey - from onboarding and alignment through growth, decisions, and transitions. I’m committed to designing systems and experiences that weave rigour and care together - supporting distributed and diverse teams to feel connected and thrive through effective conversations so that self-management and shared leadership can flourish. Whether in a film festival boardroom, a grassroots collective, or a global organisation, I bring together the human and structural elements - turning conversations into a catalyst for innovation, trust, and positive collective impact. My aspiration is to nurture ecosystems where authentic dialogue grow everyone's capacity to contribute willingly.
