Hey LinkedIn Stalkers, Late 2017, I parked my camel, and took a flight to Canada with 3 overweight pieces of luggage 1. Broken English. Willingness to work hard for the life I want. Fear & Uncertainty on what the future holds. Throughout my Business Degree. I felt that my learning journey was unfulfilled, They tend to focus on theory over practical knowledge. I didn’t limit myself with on campus work or university experience. I dove deep into learning through work experience, books, YouTube, podcasts, and people I come across. I picked up some lessons. Throughout my time in Canada, I hustled, juggling over 10 on- and off-campus jobs. Retail, Sales, Call Centers, Customer Service, Security, and more. I even survived the chaotic COVID job market (kinda). Who could forget getting fired from their first post-graduation job?(once I make bank, that company will be bought out). Despite the challenges, I'm grateful for this journey. Mistakes and failures became my teachers. Success remains an acquaintance I'm still trying to get close to In 2023, I ended up in Commercial Insurance. I saw the posting on Indeed and said damn that’s a solid opportunity.(that’s literally it) Fast forward a bit to 2025 alongside Commercial Insurance, I started Zekry Commercial Cleaning in Halifax. We can make your business so clean your revenue might 10X Lastly,I believe the future belongs to generalist.
