Soham is a self-directed enthusiast. He has 5+ years of work experience in the Development sector. He enjoys working on grassroots & managing operations around Tribal Community Development,Teacher training, capacity building, intervention design, Government liasioning. partnership management etc. He has completed his Post graduation from Indian School of Development Management to get a holistic understanding of social landscape along with up-skilling himself through various competencies like Human centric design, System thinking, People Engagement, Impact Evaluation & strategic planning for scale. He was a Program officer for 1 year in Not for Profit organisation and Gandhi fellow for 2 years, before joining ISDM. He has completed his graduation in Engineering which sharpened his problem solving skill through data & using technology for larger impact. His influential, interpersonal and networking skills help him to figure out a way and get a work done without compromising its quality in a given time. With an optimistic approach and the capacity to learn, unlearn and relearn from every opportunity that comes his way, he aims to empower people to make them better individuals, along with self-development in the long-run.
