Over 7 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. I am a highly adaptable, ambitious individual who can work in both an independent and team environment. Throughout my career, I have shown to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team whilst displaying leadership skills - continuously improving my communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Currently working as a Bioprocess Trainer in NIBRT. Previously a process Specialist in Stemcell Technologies (Vancouver, Canada)- involved in training program, new product introductions, scale-ups of cell media products in both regulated and non regulated operations. Continuous Improvement Lead for Cleanroom Team. Previously, held the role of Associate Scientist in PPD GMP Laboratories Cell Lab, Ireland after promotion from Assistant Scientist. Focused on various complex bioassays, routine cell culture, QC auditor, OOS and OOT investigations. Following graduation, I worked as a Diagnostic Technologist focused on Product Development and Characterisation in Clinical Chemistry studies in Abbott Diagnostics, Longford, Ireland.
