I am a Counselling and Rehabilitation Psychologist with over 7 years of experience supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children, adolescents, and adults across clinical, educational, and organizational settings. Alongside my core work in therapy, assessments, and behaviour management, I have expanded my expertise into webinar development, speaker outreach, and global engagement—designing and delivering interactive sessions for diverse audiences across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. In my recent roles, I have collaborated with brand and demand generation teams, creating impactful psychology-focused campaigns, workshops, and content to strengthen learning and engagement. My background spans counselling, community awareness programs, parent/adolescent training, academic performance coaching, and workplace wellbeing initiatives. I am passionate about blending my clinical expertise with strategic communication and outreach, helping organizations foster inclusion, resilience, and emotional intelligence while also connecting people with evidence-based psychological insights in accessible ways.
