About Stacey Stagl

Director of Operations | Transformational Leader in Higher Education Administration About Me Higher education thrives on structure, accountability, and a commitment to student success—and that’s where I lead with purpose. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Global Tech College, I oversee institution-wide functions including Registrar Services, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Retention, Admissions, and Academics. My role is rooted in strategic leadership and operational alignment to ensure compliance, quality, and student-centered outcomes. With a strong foundation in academic operations, policy compliance, and system integration, I bring deep experience in improving processes, streamlining workflows, and fostering collaboration across departments. Whether implementing FERPA-compliant record systems or driving Title IV and VA compliance, I focus on operational excellence that supports both institutional effectiveness and the student experience. What drives me is the opportunity to transform complex systems into intuitive, efficient pathways that empower students, faculty, and staff alike. I thrive in dynamic, growth-oriented environments where I can lead teams, develop strategy, and deliver a measurable impact.
