My professional journey has been driven by a strong commitment to Public Health; an area I find both intellectually stimulating and deeply rewarding. I focus on safeguarding food safety within establishments handling products of animal origin, ensuring compliance with domestic, European, and international standards.My academic foundation includes a BVSc and an MSc from accredited institutions in Greece and the United Kingdom, complemented by ongoing professional development and independent study in food safety and management. This robust theoretical background is reinforced by hands-on experience in the UK meat industry and formal qualifications in auditing against HACCP (Level 4), ISO 9001:2008, ISO FSSC and BRC Global Standard (Issue 6 – Third Party Auditor).In addition to my technical expertise, I hold a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, which has equipped me with a project management mindset that enhances my ability to lead complex initiatives and respond effectively to contingency scenarios.
