I am very goal oriented. I excel at multi-tasking, as well as organization. I work well in high pressure situations. I have excellent customer service skills, and communicate easily with customers who have had charge issues. I thrive working "in the background", being apart of the support team of a company. I previously worked at Cheaha State Park Country Store, and Cheaha State Park Hotel front desk before being promoted to the accounting department for Cheaha State Park. I gained experience inputting new inventory, performed monthly inventory counts, calculated the pricing of new inventory, as well as assisted with establishing new vendors. I also worked directly with Megasys, the P. O. S. System. In the hotel I made reservations for new guests, checked in/out guests, and addressed guest complaints. I now input data onto various spreadsheets and workbooks, process and submit employee payroll, and process the daily bank deposits. I request quotes from multiple vendors, and submit requisitions. I process invoices, and submit them for payment. I also assist customers with possible debit/credit card over-charges, and help with any other billing issues.
