I am CIPP certified and proficient in MHR iTrent, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Currently, I work as an iTrent Payroll Systems Officer at East Renfrewshire Council, where I provide payroll and pension services to over employees, ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations, and deliver training and coaching to other payroll staff. Previously, I worked as an Application Consultant at MHR, where I supported multiple clients in the manufacturing sector with iTrent system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. I also have experience in the financial and medical device industries, where I improved payroll processes, handled employee benefits, and maintained long-term customer relationships. My mission is to provide accurate, efficient, and reliable payroll solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and stakeholders.
