About Stefano Autore

I am 26 years old, I live in Turin, and I am currently completing an internship as a Quality Control Technician at a 4.0 company in the Piedmont area. I deal with operational controls in production, from processes, to good practices, to the right formulations of recipes, blends and preparations to obtain the ideal product. At the same time we report all information or data obtained simultaneously on dedicated company programs. Together with the marketing office, I take care of the primary control, upon receipt, of the food packaging that we will use, to prevent possible problems and complaints. This experience is allowing me to feel the reality of previous studies; the last of which was the Master in Food Safety Management, obtained on 13/11/2021 at CSQA - School of Agri-food Management (Scandicci, FI). The Master is AICQ SICEV qualified, with which I have obtained several certificates- System Manager ISO / FSSC - Lead Auditor of Food Safety Management Systems UNI EN ISO - Lead Auditor of Food Safety System - Manager and BRC and IFS Systems Auditor - Manager and Auditor of Food Defense System - Manager and Auditor of Supply Chain System - Designer of Food Safety System.Previously, I carried out two other training courses (Degree in Food Technologies and Master in Socio-Environmental Sustainability of Food Networks), with whom I had the opportunity to carry out two curricular internship experiences: as a consultant and operator for the adaptation of a company to the ISO standard and management and development of a project called SUINET, for the implementation, development and recovery of animal biodiversity for products of regional quality.
