My role includes strategic leadership, the daily management of the secretariat, and active participation in shaping and advancing political agendas that support a sustainable and plant-based food sector. As an independent consultant, I have participated in various projects, including communication projects, where I served as a scientific communicator, enhancing the companies communication by conveying scientific reports from Science & Technology. Furthermore, I have worked as a sustainability consultant at Reffen - Copenhagen Street Food, contributing to a startup project and assisting stallholders in optimizing their sustainable practices. My professional drive revolves around working with high-quality sustainable foods.
