Stephanie Dua advises CEOs, Boards, and C-Suite clients on leadership development, CEO succession, leading through change, and board effectiveness. She works with Fortune 500, private equity firms, technology companies, and public institutions. With over 25 years of experience, she has held executive roles as a leadership advisor, CEO, entrepreneur, and Board member. Stephanie has built and scaled new businesses and organizations that continue to perform at the forefront of their industries and fields. She has a legacy of unwavering integrity, performance excellence, and formidable leadership, especially during times of unprecedented change and uncertainty. She co-founded and was CEO of HOMER, a leading global early learning brand (sold HOMER in 2016). Stephanie was appointed as CEO of the NYC Fund for Public Schools under Mike Bloomberg. At FPS, she developed a playbook for public-private partnerships, raising over $165M for NYC education reforms, now emulated in other global cities. Prior to FPS, Stephanie was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. She is a featured speaker and writer, including Morning Joe, Yahoo Finance, and Bloomberg International, the New York Times, Forbes, Financial Times, Huffington Post. She was named 40 under 40 by Crain’s New York. She grew up in the Central Valley of California with a passion for nature, science, technology and design. She lives in Coconut Grove with her husband, three daughters, and two Cavalier King Charles dogs, Milo and Cleo.
