About Stephanie Heddon

I lead complex, high-value art and project management programs at the intersection of culture, architecture, and operations. With 14+ years of experience, I specialize in bringing structure, momentum, and creative clarity to programs that others find difficult to scope. As Head of Project Management at MASSIVart, I oversee North America's project management division and personally direct the full lifecycle of our most ambitious engagements: from artist open calls and selection processes, through concept, design development, fabrication, and installation. My background in architecture gives me a spatial and systemic lens that I apply to every project. I think in timelines, risk, and relationships — and I thrive when a project is big, complex, and meaningful.Open to connecting with developers, cultural institutions, art organizations, and creative agencies across North America.
