About Stephanie Yee

Restaurant growth depends on great leaders. Yet for most multi-unit groups, finding them is the hardest part. That’s where I come in. I partner with Presidents, Heads of Operations, and HR leaders of multi-unit restaurant groups to recruit top-quality executives and managers — the kind of leaders who drive sales, reduce turnover, and optimize operations. At Willow Tree Recruiting, we’ve built The Willow Tree Top Talent Framework™ — a recruiting approach that consistently delivers better candidates than anyone else.* Discovery → We learn your brand DNA, culture, and growth goals.* Targeted Sourcing → We uncover leaders who aren’t answering ads (often not even on the market).* Rigorous Screening → Our process saves you 50+ hours of résumé sorting and interviews.* Top Talent Delivery → Most clients hire from the first 5 candidates we present. Why restaurant groups stay with us:* They see higher-quality hires than from any other source.* 50% work with us exclusively after their first engagement.* Many call us the best recruiting partner they’ve ever had. If you’re ready to stop wasting time on résumés that don’t fit, let’s talk. With The Willow Tree Top Talent Framework™, your next great leader may already be in our pipeline.
