As General Manager at VERSA, I help guide a brilliant team of project managers, strategists, designers, developers, and technologists as we build digital experiences that make a difference. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve delivered complex CX, AI and transformation projects across enterprise platforms, CMS builds, mobile-first services, and conversational tech. But today, my focus is on growing our agency in the right way by building trusted partnerships, creating space for smart thinking, and leading with empathy and clarity. I’m especially proud of the culture we’re building at VERSA, one where people feel supported, ideas move fast, and values guide the work. We’re fiercely independent and intentional about the projects we take on.
