About Stephen Collinson

Providing first-line professional administrative support to students and streamlining operational procedures are my passion and expertise. I have more than 17 years of experience in administration and operations management, specifically in managing and improving all processes related to Academic Administration, including but not limited to overseeing the entire process of exams and assessment and ensuring data integrity. My background includes enhancing One Awards' overall operations and driving improvement by introducing new operating procedures to sustain maximum performance. One of my significant contributions was launching a project to streamline processes, which resulted in more efficient procedures, improved understanding of duties, and an auditable method that aided query handling. In addition, I was a member of the One Awards Staff Representative Group and an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Champion to promote an inclusive and encouraging work environment in which all employees were encouraged to contribute to their full potential.
